The lobbyists you'd hire advocate for a position; they don't build one. The policy shops that would build one don't know your domain. And the research that makes your case hasn't been written, because your cause is newer than the literature.
That's the work I do. I take a mission and build the machinery underneath it: prioritized legislative agendas, model bill language, coalition and stakeholder strategy, and the research and framing memos that move the people who need to move. I deliver drafting, research, and strategy—not representation.
What I bring is years of experience having done it end to end. I ran operations and strategy on a statewide ballot initiative that became law—built across political divides, against opposition on both flanks. I've developed organizing frameworks for problems too complex for off-the-shelf answers. And I've convened the people who move policy around the questions no one had answered yet.
I work best on non-partisan and cross-partisan initiatives, fighting battles that are on everyone’s side. When a cause has no map from here to enacted policy, what you need is someone who has built one before.
